You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase, followed by a Shipment Notification Email containing your unique tracking number once the package leaves our facility.

2. Important Delivery Notes & Address Guidelines

To ensure successful delivery, please review our address restrictions prior to checkout:

• Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide a correct, current, and complete shipping address. Lokikibox is not responsible for deliveries failing due to incorrect address inputs.
• P.O. Boxes Restrictions: While we accommodate P.O. Boxes for most items, certain products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. These include oversized packages, high-value goods, or items that require specific private carrier networks. In such cases, a physical residential or business address will be required.
• Restricted Areas: We regret that we cannot deliver packages to highly secure or security-restricted areas, including military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
• Signature Confirmation: For your security, high-value items or large shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

3. Shipment Tracking

• Once your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also monitor your package directly in your account under “My Orders”.
• Last-Mile Carriers: As your order nears its destination, it will be handed over to local domestic carriers (such as USPS, GOFO, UPS, or FedEx) for final delivery. Please note that tracking updates may occasionally experience short delays during carrier handoffs.
• External Delays: While most orders arrive within our estimated 2-7 business days window, actual delivery dates may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as flight schedules, severe weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt Claims

We want to make sure your shopping experience is flawless. If you encounter any delivery issues, please take note of our reporting windows:

⚠️ Reporting Window: If your tracking history states that the package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if your package has exceeded its estimated delivery date significantly, you must contact our Lokikibox Customer Service team within 30 days of the original order date.

Claims submitted after this 30-day window cannot be investigated efficiently with our shipping carriers, and Lokikibox reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements for expired claims.
